Because every cut of beef can vary slightly in weight, we don’t take online payments. When you place your order, you’re reserving your selection(s). Once your order is packed and ready, you’ll pick it up right here at the ranch and pay in person. This way, you only pay for the exact weight you receive — no guessing, no overpaying, and full transparency.
